  1. Yummy. That looked like a good biscuit sammie. I have to mix up my own self-rising flour since you can't find it in organic, but that's okay. It's not hard to make. Have you ever made these with buttermilk? That's what I thought you were going to say when you said it was only 2 ingredients. Buttermilk and self-rising flour was my guess. Lol.

  2. Hm....I wonder if I could get away with using my half-and-half. That would give it enough fat, perhaps. I don't usually keep heavy cream or buttermilk. I only buy them when I know I need them.
