  2. I don't think I'd like living in this community. The houses are even closer than they are in my neighborhood. That might be okay if you were in perfect harmony with your neighbors, but that doesn't pan out most of the time. No side yard would also bug me. I guess it would be alright if you don't have plans involving an extended personal garden. I'm glad this is working out for Chris, though. 👍
