  1. I love making my chili. It's very versatile. One big pot will produce 3 meals in my family of three. First night chili with cornbread. Second night chili cheese baked potatoes. Third night chili cheese burritos (if there's enough leftover for all three of us). Of course, we don't do this in three days straight. I split it up throughout the week. I hope your friend has long since recovered from her illness. 🙂
