  2. ***** Didn't you watch the video? It was stated not once, but twice, that the mafia are being paid to take the toxic waste off the North's hands and dump it in the South. Why blame the people when obviously it's more of a fault on the North because of their industry, and on the mafia because they're facilitating it?
