And I can tell you what exactly happened concerning those mass graves - Ukronazis simply shot everyone, who they thought was a collaborator, which included even people, who only took humanitarian help from the Russians, or their neighbors marked them as collaborators. Attacks on energy infrastructure are quite common in a war, as it also affects the military potential. There is no "highly decentralised system" for the army. All the crimes you mentioned fit perfectly on the Kiev regime. Clown much?
