  4. The Yuri Levada Analytical Center, western sponsored polling agency, shows 86% approval rating for Putin in September 2024. There is not a single international observer who would express any doubts about the elections. The ridiculous narrative about elections being rigged is just a coping mechanism. And quite a pathetic one.
