There were never any restrictions on the use of western weapons to attack Russia. It's just another desperate attempt to increase morale of the cannon fodder on the front and satisfy the gullible part of the population still believing in Ukraine's victory. Ukraine has been attacking inside Russia for quite some time and with all kinds of weapons, this rytarded notion of some restrictions is just ridiculous. And the northern front has been stabilized just because Ukraine threw literally every last reserve they had there, you don't have to be an expert to know what that means. I just love how Puck tries to spin the whole situation as bad for Russia, such silliness makes me chuckle.
