  5. You can see the desperation in Puck's eyes, as the only thing that didn't work was the pitiful attempt to blame IS for the attack to cover Ukruine's involvement. IS was never even mentioned by the terrorists or by Russian investigators. The decision making centers in Ukruine were already hit with Zircon missiles in response and a terrorist camp in Turkey was raided by local authorities, presumably based on information gained from the terrorists themselves. It's over Puck, too late for damage control.
