  7.  @KSmithwick1989  State regulated is not state controlled. As long as the media don't break the laws of RF, they can say literally anything they want. And they can freely criticize not only the government, but even Putin himself. Do state owned media present official state narrative? Of course they do, obviously, like any other state owned media anywhere else. That doesn't change the fact, that freedom of speech in Russia is on the same level as almost anywhere else.
