In our local media Ukraine is still winning and Russians still suffer horrendous losses in meat assaults performed by untrained hordes of dirty peasants. Yet in those stories there is no explanation why Russia keeps advancing, or even any mention of those advances. It's a clash of realities, one very convenient and completely artificial, the other very inconvenient and completely real.
