  1. Yes, the situation is critical, as the video shown at 4 minutes was clearly taken before the dam was blown. The water is clear and there are zero signs of recent flooding. Dima should pay more attention and not take any Ukronazi video too seriously. This only hurts the channel. Edit: I expect correction in the evening update, or I'll keep calling Dima out on this.
