Well, since Ukrainian MoD proposed to Verkhovna rada to conscript 16 year old men and Ukraine is officially demanding European states to return all men who fled there, there's no wonder someone came with that idea in Russia. Because it's not Russia proposing it, it's one person's opinion. But it seems lying is natural to you.

@jeffpkrueger Oh, so you want explanation? But I already did explain, just like your first claim about Russia supposedly proposing something, the rest of your claims is also just a lie. The number of certificates is supposedly 230k, not 600k+ and even that can't be independetly verified, it's just a baseless claim coming from Ukronazis. And the claim of Russians losing ground across the front is so obviously false, that I don't know what you want to explain about that. Anything else? Don't be shy, I'll gladly stomp you some more.
