What I have found interesting is that those of us who distrusted the narrative around lockdowns and vaccine rollouts are also sceptical about how this is being reported. Unfortunately, the majority of the public have their "opinions" set within hours by social media and legacy media, they then set out to resolutely defend this position without any critical thinking or analysis. It's not just sad and annoying.... it's very worrying.

@anothernumber6679 I think the people of Donbass would argue with you on some of that. And I can completely see his concern over having nukes a few mins away from Moscow just as we would if they were in Paris or Mexico City but my original comment didn't at any point paint Russia as "good". Indeed I didn't mention the rights or wrongs of the invasion at all. My comment is entirely about how it's being reported, censored and how people with zero knowledge of the situation are suddenly pining yellow & blue lapel badges on everything they own without any critical thinking of their own.
