  2. MPs should be given accommodation in a communal place specifically for them near Houses of Parliament. It can be nice with all mod cons, gym etc. BUT they do not need to have a second home funded by tax payers that they can then sell off for a huge profit.

  3.  @Lynnimod  that's true but I think it's fair to say the whole political landscape has changed over the last ten years... not just in the UK but across Europe. Even the USA has an third Presidential candidate who is being spoken about seriously. So it's no longer just the big two... now there are five parties (well four if like me you consider the LabCon Uniparty as one!) with a decent vote share, the others being in order of votes Reform, LibDem and Greens who make up over 30% of the votes. In fact LibDem actually have about the same amount they would get under a straight PR system.
