  1. It's the company that should be held to account. A refund and apology is not enough - they knew exactly what they were doing. Cancel the contract and consider legal action. Just think how many other corrupt companies (and it happened under Labour too) get away with this.

  3.  @DiRtYLaWs2007  I'm trying my best to keep up, but I'm busy being angry and offended on several other videos too!! :) that is a fair point although the fact the company have apologised seems to indicate they knew they were in the wrong.
