  1. Love how there's often multiple ways to get to a result. I would have lightly clamped a bit of wood or steel to the inside of the bumper and applied heat and increasing pressure to straighten that plastic. But as long as you get there, it's good! Honestly flipflopping on whether to attempt something similar on our 20+ year old minivan, but will probably both straighten it and glue some reinforcing stiff plastic to the inside of it as well 😂

  2. Apparently my 80HD squirrels aren't matching up with @RainmanRaysRepairs today. TWO pop culture references without inserted clips! Love taps immediately brought a B52 song to mind, and the bit about the wheel wanting to fall off was Nicolas Cage all day 😂🤣

  3. I feel like a line of two part epoxy along the edges of the plastic (after the zip ties were in place but not 100% tight) would have given a nice clean looking repair, with an additional line on the inside after everything was cinched up.
