  3. I'm assuming the penalty to the customer for supplying the wrong part(s) is ending up paying for the extra labour. That's the standard when a layman tells a professional how to do their job after all!

  4. Hopefully the fault lies with a parts store. I'm meticulous about ensuring I pull vehicle build info with the VIN when it comes to finding parts, whether it's for my vehicles or a friend. My 80HD brain loathes inefficiency, and having to go buy another part or wait for another to be delivered in a few days or a week would drive me nuts.
