  7.  @Belleblaas73 his family were afraid that she’d kill him. She mentioned finishing him off in texts. She had put her son in a suitcase before and got in trouble further that. She had her eyes set on the suitcase as a way to finish him off. Then she made up the hide and seek story and thought she’d get off because she claimed it was an accident. Where she slipped up was her habit of videoing her abuse of him. She never imagined that would be looked at. If someone’s begging for their life and you bash them with a bat to make them stay where they are and get on with dying. It’s clearly very intentional.

  8.  @Melly484 same here. Survivor of a seriously abusive marriage and exactly no way would you ever provoke or insult them because you instinctively know well where that could lead. If Sarah is ever let out she would most likely kill again. I hope the judge sees that and gives her the maximum sentence he can give. Murder is an abusers ultimate act of control. They never change either.

  12. Yes even though he used some aggressive and unpleasant tactics. With what he had to work with he did do a good job. Someone has to defend people until they’re found innocent or guilty. It’s really not his fault that he has such an evil client. He did what he had to do.

  14. Except there’s also women who make false abuse claims. This woman’s ex told people he was afraid that she was going to murder him as she had tried already. Shes one serious manipulator who covered her tracks after murdering him.she also made police calls claiming she was being abused. Look at the Sarah Boone case. She did the exact same. She cried abuse when she is the real abuser. She also abused her previous partner. These women make it very hard for women who really are being genuinely abused.

Also Pablo jumpsuit. Theyre all covering recent crime cases and so well. Youre so right this case has a ton of layers. Thats one reason its fascinating everyone. We're all next waiting for Donna to pay for helping to murder her son in law. A beautiful man who should still be alive, if it wasn't for her family and their nasty actions.

The case being out that night could have been him trying to pack to leave? Its well known that the most dangerous time in an abusive relationship is when you try to leave.

  36.  @gailcross3052  I'll put a bet on right now that they end up getting Wendi. Her visiting the crime scene. Her telling Jeff lacrosse about Charlie wanting to hire a hit man. Her being the only one who knew Dans schedule re the best time to murder him. Her having the TV 'fixed' exactly as Dan was being murdered. When its well known what the TV code stood for. Her writing a book which told the story of a poor woman who was stuck in a horrible town and wanted out. All of which included a male partner just like Dan. They also say an ex friend of hers has come forward with new information. Theres loads more circumstantial evidence besides. Her having the biggest motive for Dans death even just to start with. I think she will end up being arrested and going down. Bets on right now.

  40. We only have her word for things he did in the past. The very fake looking black eye. A very vague video of him hitting a tv. She had scratches on her neck one time and he says they came from him pushing her off him because she was strangling him. Her ex husband says she often attacked him and scraped the neck off him. She seemed to like going for the neck. Jorge used self defence. She was the real abuser.

  46. She played her part with ‘getting the TV fixed’ which was a euphemism for Dans murder. Charlie ordered the ‘TV’ (hit) for her. She went to the scene to check that Dan was dead. They thought up some sick words for what they were doing. Like her saying she was on her way to buy ‘bullet’ bourbon. On the way to the police station she said she knew what had happened before the police actually told her. There’s a lot of circumstantial evidence that could possibly sway a jury. Hopefully they’ll give it a try and aim to prosecute her.
