  1. only few muslim know about druze i pretty sure its the same with other religion. the only people who knows about them is those learn about geography and properly learn about middle east whether they are good or not, i cannot say for sure there are druze in syria too. druze follow a secret religion which can be followed only by the druze ethicity non druze cannot convert to druze religion in other words, i only know very little about about the druze community and so little stuff about their religion

  2. only few palestinian know about druze as palestinian live in occipied area palestinian dont live with druze at all i only got to know about syrian druze(who mostly live in suweida) back during 2019 if i am not mistaken
