  1. Cannot speak for other EU countries but in UK, we have a free health care system. We don't have queue jumping such as you describe. Queue jumping, if you want to queue jump.....you can go private health care. That isn't corruption. In India, you may have whatsapp groups asking for flavours to jump queues and offering bribes because you cannot afford private healthcare. Corruption is in the Indian DNA....this has been said many times and even Indians admit it.

  2. So what about India ? Black market to get what they want. India is many many times more corrupt. That is why India rank one of the highest in corruption.
