  1. India is the 3rd largest producer of greenhouse emission. For India to reach 50% carbon neutral by 2030, India needs to invest $2.3 trillion. India can't afford to meet the target signed by Modi. This is why India wants more money. Indian answer back that their greenhouse emission by capita is that high.....yes but India has 1.3 billion population, you have to answer for your share as it is your citizens. Don't breed so fast if you cannot handle the infrastruction, energy and resources needed for such a large population. You cannot rely on begging all the time.
