  1. Tesla cars carries a higher profit ratio than other EVs. Tesla only started to cut prices but BYD has been doing that for years. Customers tend to vote with their wallet, you want their money ? They want value for money and BYD fits the criteria. Tesla is still deemed as expensive.....probably another 10-15% cut in prices would make them more competitive.
