  1. Reason for the flood is a year rain came down in 3 days. Look at Europe. Dams are used to control the flood....a years worth in a few day is too much for them to handle.......look at India. On Sunday morning, some areas of Mumbai experienced over 20cm of rainfall in the space of just a few hours (more than 30 died).............Just 20cm....in China it was 20 times that amount. So is 20 times what fell in Mumbai came down in Mumbai......what would you think might happen ? So easy for you to attack and yet when it happens to you, you always shift the blame.
