Foreigners will have a problem in India. They are not use to the climate and how to look after themselves. Indians must face the fact....India has a problem with pollution and hygiene. You can deny until you are blue in the face but because you live in that situation 24/7 you don't see it. Westerners coming to India will see masses of people, low level of hygiene, poverty, defaecation everywhere.....if the government don't do something about it then it will stay the same. Don't blame others, look at yourself first.
