  1. 50% of government officials have criminal records and the remaining 50% are awaiting trial in the 120 years backlog in the criminal courts. Safe to say that India is corrupt.....how can you call yourself a democracy if you are allowed to bribe voters with gifts and money ?? and all this is legal in India !!! Corrupt is the norm, that is why Indians don't see themselves as criminals.
