  1. stop trying to pass blame....construction of dams are fine....just that poor maintenance and 50 years old, together with heavy rain...recipe for disaster. Aim should be to help the victims and not point fingers. I am 100% sure India has many poorly built dams and poorly maintained....look at India...monsoon and all that flooding...happens year after year and not don't the government do anything ?
