  1. its a 1st world problem....living longer. Something India doesn't have. The average Indian is expected to live to 70 years. Americans and Chinese are 77 and 78 respectively. The lifespan of Indians is expected to drop due to air pollution and poor water quality and the increasing population putting a burden onto the health system.

  2. @S Vijaya GDP per capita is what you should look at. If the GDP per capita is high, then it can support more citizens. If GDP per capita is low, then you are putting more pressure on the basic services. It is like a family, smaller families live an easier lifestyle that a larger family if both have the same amount of income.
