  6. How many years has it been since the Tejas has been in production. Noone wants it. The only country to have the Tejas is India. If it was any good, countries will be lining up to buy it but unfortunately....it is so crap that no one wants it.

  8. wrong.....India will not get cutting edge tech. They are getting standard of the shelf tech. No country will sell their top tech to India who is friendly with Russia. India cannot be trusted.....which is why the US will not sell any top of the range planes like the F35 to India.

  9. Tejas is currently $0 in export. Apart from IAF, no other country has the Tejas. Maybe if they modernise the 40 year old Tejas to current standards then perhaps with low maintenance cost and if they replace all the hi tech with Indian parts then they may get some sales. Currently most of the hi tech are foreign and they will need clearance from all those countries if they want to sell them to any country. Maintenance and spare parts will be a nightmare with all those difference countries involved.
