only 6% of Indians have access to safe water....that ice water....wouldn't be wasted. They will, wash and cook with it. It wouldn't surprise you to know that 40% of global deaths from food poisoning are from India. What do you expect from a country that use their hands to wipe their bum and also use the same hand to handle their food. Remember the bit about 6% having access to safe water......the water they use to wash their hands after wiping their bum....reused to clean cooking equipment.
