  2. Over the last 10 years, the Rupee has been losing its value against the dollar. back in 2013 when Modi was in power $1 was worth 54 rupee, now $1 is worth 83 rupee. India GDP per capita in 2013 was $1,438 and in 2019 $1,971......so if you compare the rupee to the dollar, in real terms adjusting for inflation....Indians are earning less now than when Modi came into power.
