  3. so according to WION.....there is no concrete proof so it didn't happen. Join the lines....the phone numbers and the people targetted. Who benefits ? The Indian government benefits. It came from leaks....if there is no leaks, you wouldn't know about it. The biggest villian is the user who uses it to spy.....in this case it is the Indian government, lead by Modi.
