  1. So before China....all these countries were already into debt to western countries. What China is doing is offering loans at a lower rate than what they were paying western countries. So is that debt trap when you pay less interest ? All these countries are not stupid like Indians and WION. Someone offers you loans at a lower rate, you will take it.
