  22.  @thecoffeemaker7444  yes, cheap by Western standards due to its simplicity. Expensive part was the research and development into the rounds themselves, which are still on the cheap end if you want to compare them to other things with the same capabilities.

Edit: that being said, I've known people to use a javelin missile on a mud hut with two sand people in it because it satisfies The rules of engagement with the downward attack.. that's a waste of money, and it happened quite often.
