I was a Bradley driver, then gunner, then a fire team leader in the back.. and even the Bradley optics back then in the 90's were quite impressive though.. you could read people's name tags with the thermals at quite a distance.

So we were trained to constantly go back and forth while scanning from the Bradley.. If I recall correctly there was only white-hot on The thermals for the Dragon.
