Don't think it matters. Was the inmate obligated by law to protect his life while in custody?

@lisacimarik7315 Did you not see the video of him murdering someone?

Who's "they"?? And how??
2
😆 where was that "PROVEN"?? Last I checked, it was quite the opposite.

He literally asked to move here. He even took a 3 year longer sentence to get out of solitary confinement in a 10 by 10.

@dustincampbell4835 I guess the placement of his knee was irrelevant considering the end result was the same. And since you're so concerned about the autopsy report, here you go 1. Dr. Baden a. Cause of Death: Mr. Floyd died of traumatic asphyxia due to the compression of his neck and back during restraint by police. b. Manner of Death: Homicide as seen in the scene video and confirmed at autopsy. c. The pressure on the neck interfered with blood flow to his brain and air flow to and from his lungs. The pressure on his back while in the prone position prevented his diaphragm from moving so he couldn't inhale. d. The cause of death is consistent with what we see on the video. 2. Dr. Wilson a. Cause of Death: Asphyxia due to neck and back compression led to a lack of blood flow to the brain. b. Mechanical asphyxia defined as a physical force that interferes with breathing or the delivery of oxygen to the organs. In this case, the physical force was neck and chest compression. c. Based on the video and the position of the knee in the video, there was pressure on the carotid artery of the neck that led to cerebral anoxia. Cerebral anoxia is a lack of appropriate blood flow to the brain. d. Weight on the back, handcuffs and positioning were contributory factors because it impaired the ability of the diaphragm to function

I think it has more to do with the video we saw him murder somebody in
2
😆 you don't even know what that means

Did you not see the video of him murdering someone?
2
Huh??
2
Was he taught to keep doing it after the guy stopped moving?
2
No, for murder and civil rights violations.

So, he doesn't kneel on his neck for over 9 minutes in the body cam??
1
What does "the democratic party" have to do with this??
1
The inmates??

The one part of our justice system that works well.

You can always spot the lunatics by excessive use of caps

@apollo2276 here's the actual autopsy report. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just another degenerate racist. 1. Dr. Baden a. Then you're obviously not familiar with how our justice system works
