I believe we all know, that if there were any intelligence with the people in charge of all schools, that bulling, would have been put to an end decades ago ! Because of bulling, how many children are scared to go to school in this Country every day ! How many school shootings were caused by bulling ? ! This, did not have to happen ! I believe with the very first bulling offence, a student should be sent to a special school ! If students knew this could happen, maybe they wouldn't bully people !
