  2.  @freefacts7590  The courts don't put away the criminals !!! THINK ! If they put all first time caught felons away, the first time caught ! Soon there would be no need for most of the courts ! Its all about managing the crime, while growing Government !

  3. Question " why can't we have a law that no felon gets a second chance ? In the old west, if you stole a mans horse, Robbed a bank are killed someone, they took care of business same day caught, are a few days later, when a judge was brought in ! It should be the same today, for any crime where a person could be hurt are killed ! Such as any kind of fraud are felony convection ! We could clean up this Country real quick !
