  2. I believe the Government is to blame ! I believe they just want to manage crime to grow Government at our misery ! I believe " we the people " must demand the death penalty for all first time caught felons " no matter their age " that commits any kind of crime where a citizen are the felon could be hurt are killed ! Crimes, like any kind of robbery, looting, vehicle theft, burglary ( these last 2 mentioned should be on the list, because if a citizen caught the criminal in the act, one are the other could be hurt are killed ) home invasions, drive by shootings all involved should get a quick trial and sentence carried out in less than 10 days ! To do it right, there should all felony crimes under this law ! That is the way to clean up this Country !!!
