Youtube deleted my original comment for some reason, but I wanted to thank you for this video. It's a much needed wrap-up to what may be the most most interesting financial story of the year. It's interesting that the conspiracy theories were wrong. There was no gamma squeeze, the short sellers did get hurt but they got out of GME before the stock climbed to it's highest value. Ultimately this was a bubble, like many bubbles before it. It's really a demonstration of how social media can create narratives that move hundreds of thousands of people, who then go on to move the stock market. In this case the narrative was so powerful it's still influencing thousands of faithful "apes" to keep the price of GME high all these months later.
