Thanks for a fun video like this to end the year! It's always nice to see scammers get caught, especially blatant ones like the good Doctor. Hindenburg Research really is a sort of wolf of the financial system, making a profit by taking down weak and sick companies, or in this case companies that are a total fraud. If Hindenburg hadn't sniffed out Tingo Group, who knows how many other people would have been defrauded before the SEC finally discovered what was happening. Deloitte Israel certainly shares in the culpability here, since it sounds like their audit gave Tingo the aura of credibility it needed to be listed on the NASDAQ. That's the point of failure that let a blatantly fake company into the American financial system, and once there it acquired credibility by association. Of course Doctor Dozy is a genius (or so I imagine the thinking went), just look how far he's come! All the way from Nigeria to the NASDAQ. You're very diplomatic in your video when you imply that Tingo Group somehow tricked Deloitte Israel, but it seems far more likely that a cash transaction was involved. Although the weird reverse mergers certainly didn't help either. That ability to get the company listed on exchanges without going through proper scrutiny is how their scam got started. It seems like the sort of thing that regulators should really pay some attention to before a flood of fake companies follow in Doctor Dozy's wake.
