I don't know. For the first time, I don't think I agree with one of your videos. A lot of the points you make here come from the well worn and thoroughly discredited arguments rich people have been making for generations to avoid paying taxes. Like the trickle down theory that rich people like Jeff Bezos are supporting economic activity by commissioning super yachts, and if the state taxes them they'll reduce that spending. What's better for the economy of the United States, millions of dollars in taxes that can be spent on programs to help Americans, or millions of dollars going to a yacht maker in the Netherlands? Obviously the former. Billionaires spending cash on toys only stimulates specific parts of the global economy, and rarely trickles down to the most needy. In general I'd say that extreme wealth inequality is a sign of an inefficient economy, since so much capital ends up in the hands of people who have little incentive to spend it. I'm not sure that taxes on billionaires are a good idea or not. I really don't know. But I do think the current wealth of the 1% is a sign that something has been broken for quite a while, and we shouldn't take any option off the table if we want to fix it.
