  1. I think they'd handle quarantines pretty well, actually. Just stop the train, turn off the elevators, maybe put some roadblocks in the atrium between neighborhoods, and you could shut that place down. That's what's kind of frightening about The Line, it's a top down solution using architecture to control the movement of millions of people.
