  1. It's a sign that Trump is constantly hopped up on British made Sudafed. I'm not sure what he gets out of it, maybe it's just the caffeine. There are rumors that he takes Adderall too.

  2. Yes, that's true. But the Sudafed in his desk in that famous photo is the kind that uses phenylephrine: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/sudafed-trump-tower/ So it shouldn't be as stimulating. I dunno. It's hard to say anything for sure with Trump, because he's a grumpy old man who sometimes just does things because he's set in his ways. All I feel confident in saying is that he takes a ton of Sudafed, and that's why he constantly sniffs. It could be he got hooked on it when it contained pseudoephedrine and just hasn't noticed that the ingredient changed. Or maybe he uses them like they're caffeine pills.
