  1. I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said, except "...who sadly won't ever meet his kids." You never know. The Sea Captain lives in the land beyond imagination that is Seth's in-law's house. Anything can happen there! An old sea dog might even have one last great adventure where he's reunited with his family and everything is all right again. Then they're all killed by the giant claw monster. Btw, Coos Oorlog.
