  1. Packaging could be considered a form of food waste as well. I'm thinking of tiny little single portions of food encased in plastic or foam clam shells, or all the processed foods that come in plastic bags inside of cardboard boxes.

  2. I don't know about this, my body seems to work the opposite way. When I'm hungry I get really tired, and after I eat I wake up. I've found the best way to sleep at night is to eat supper early and put as many hours as possible between that last meal and bedtime.
