Thanks for another great video! You've summed this development up really well, and I can't think of anything to add except amplifying what you've said. This new development doesn't appear to be a good thing. The race to get to the Moon by 2024 seems like it could be a repeat of the Apollo program, with little left to show for it afterward. LOP-G isn't the best idea, but at least it's semi-permanent architecture that will help make future missions easier, and become a platform for scientific research. I hope that NASA ultimately goes back to their original conception of using LOP G for a Lunar landing in 2028, but I guess that's up to the politicians.
