  1. Milton was not kept in jail,. They charged Helen with murder. If Milton was the killer (as according to Helen's 'eye witness account) he needed to be jailed as he would be a danger to others. The investigators did their job & found out who was responsible. Also, these videos provide the interrogation & some additional info, not ALL the info detectives have or all info allowed to be released. Eg. Milton may have a history that indicated he may be a danger to others You need to watch the whole thing to understand the full investigation.

  2.  @knucklegame5050  How could Milton have been in prison 'for life'? Do you know anything about the US justice system? Police do not judge whether a person is guilty of a crime. Police gather evidence to 'charge' someone with a crime.' The case is set before a jury that makes a judgment about whether someone is guilty or not The evidence presented in this video regarding Milton's guilt would mean Milton's case would not have been acceptable & he would have been set free regardless

  6. How was it a joke? They investigated & interrogated while waiting for drug blood results, DNA, crime scene investigation & analysis & CTV - it all takes time. They got there in the end.
