  1. John, you are paying far too much attention to minor details - China- minor detail. Comrade Cortez is 'the boss'. She will trade carbon on a global scale. She will demand the Chinese decrease their population by banning babies. If concieved, they will be aborted and if born she will ensure all 40 week old "fetuses" are comfotable in a bucket until they die. Any Chinese person causing pollution will be executed. Let's not forget all Hindu's worldwide will be monitored for aggression following the global extinction of every single cow, thereby stopping their farts. Let us not forget that Comrade Cortez is the boss!
