  1. Warning! Caution! We must be very cautious before stating buying developer stocks. We must wait to see what will be implemented, and how it will be implemented. Many developers have defaulted on their junk bonds (hundreds of billions $US). I do not think that the CCP will fully reimburse the defaulted junk bonds. We have recently seen several rumours. The CCP are mastermind of public opinion manipulation! Timeout! Take the time to look at the big picture, and the amendments of the CCP constitution who were approved during the 20th party congress.
