@charlemagne3387 Western Ukrainian nationalists perpetrated some of the most horrific crimes against the Polish people during the entire war. Want to know why Poland wants to keep the war going? Well, it's win-win for them, revenge against two nations they have major historical beef with (the two nations being Russia and West Ukraine btw).

@afritimm Bullshit, the Soviets had already driven the Germans back beyond Kursk when the bulk of lend-lease began to arrive; the US was concerned that they might sign a separate peace with Germany, and knew that they weren't in a position to open a proper second front until 1944.
